In most instances we can do this for you no problem. As long as your order is still processing, we can still make the change. In order to process you request please submit a ticket using the Contact Us link at the top of your login page.
In order to ensure we get the order shipped to your new specification we need a bit of info from you:
- Items you would like to change (be specific for custom orders)
- Any special instructions
If additional fees apply the shopping cart system will automatically bill the credit card on file. However, if you paid by PayPal arrangements will need to be made. One of our fantastic agents will get right back to you with instructions.
And, if the difference is in your favor we will happily issue you a gift certificate for use on future orders.
While we will work hard to meet your request, our first priority is to get your order filled and shipped as quickly as possible. That said, there is a chance our awesomeness got the best of us, so some orders might have already been shipped. Also, keep in mind if you are adding custom pheromones to your order that increase order processing and ship time. No matter what, rest assured we will make every effort to fulfill your request and make your shopping experience a happy one.
