The shopping cart creates an order confirmation email that is immediately sent to your registered email upon ordering anything from AndroticsDirect/SmartMones. This email contains the same basic information as your invoice. Please be sure to add: email@example.com to your email address book to ensure your Phero-emails are not accidentally flagged as SPAM. If for any reason you did not receive the email containing your order invoice, follow the steps below.
- Login to www.AndroticsDirect.com (Login is found on the left-hand side under 'Categories' about half-way down the page).
- Once you are logged in on the right hand side under 'Your Cart' please select 'Orders and Tracking'. This will take you to the 'Order Management' page.
- Once on the 'Order Management' page, hit the 'Search' button to bring up your past orders.
- Find the order for which you need the invoice and select it by clicking on the order number link. This will take you to the 'Order Details' page.
- Once on the 'Order Details' page hit the 'Print Invoice' button. This will bring up the original invoice.
