Did my order go through?

Your shopping cart creates an order confirmation email that is immediately sent to your registered email upon ordering anything from AndroticsDirect/SmartMones. This email contains the same basic information as your invoice. Please be sure to add: orderdept@androticsdirect.com to your email address book to ensure your Phero-emails are not accidentally flagged as SPAM. If for any reason you did not receive the email containing your order invoice, follow the steps below.

  1. Login to www.AndroticsDirect.com (Login is found on the left-hand side under 'Categories' about half-way down the page).
  2. Once you are logged in on the right hand side under 'Your Cart' please select 'Orders and Tracking'. This will take you to the 'Order Management' page.
  3. Once on the 'Order Management' page, hit the 'Search' button to bring up your past orders.
  4. Find the order for which you need the invoice and select it by clicking on the order number link. This will take you to the 'Order Details' page.

In the unlikely event the order is not in this section your order may not have gone through. The order system keeps all orders including those that failed in this section so you should definitely see it here. If you cannot find your order, please give us a quick call, or submit a ticket and one of our lovely agents will help troubleshoot and place an re-order for you if necessary.
